The new kernel was installed on the server and it is back online. All services are running properly.
We will continue monitoring the server closely to prevent such problems from reoccurring.

We have noticed multiple errors in file system of the server and started FSCK process to ensure data integrity. As soon as its completed the server will get back online. Please accept our most sincere apologies for these inconveniences.

File system check is still running on the server. Please be advised FSCK is a non-linear process, i.e. it may take different time for the check depending on the number of errors on the certain partition. Please follow this forum thread for updates.

FSCK on /home partition (the largest one) has been completed, FSCK on /home2 is running now.
