The company put up this forum to help those just getting started.

I agree with everything stated above.

WHB does not take serious on small customer, I not satisfy with the way they give excuse.

WHB respond time consider fast, price for the reseller hosting suitable for beginner like me, but the quality of the web hosting seen like not so good,

beginning RS14 was always reboot or overload, and kernal error, and now migrate to RS11, still overload, and respond time from the webhosting are very slow

Every hour i receive email from my client yelling at me

    Dear Calvynlee,

It`s been a long time and I guess all your issues have been successfully resolved.
I would like to apologize for the inconveniences you`ve faced.

I hope you aren`t disappointed with our services and I hope your business is fine.
That`s why I`d like you to have a look at our VPS servers
    http://www.webhostingbuzz.com/forum/...ead.php?t=3074

    That`s a real paradise for a reseller

So if your client base is big enough, we`ll be glad to setup a VPS for you.
Even if you aren`t ready for it now, please note that you may request upgrade to VPS
    whenever you wish.

So our billing department and I will look forward to receiving an upgrade request from you
