All sort of well had some early start up problems the biggest flaw with your ticket system is the related info i read it it doesnt solve my problem but there is no back to get back to the 80 word message i jut wrote explaining the problem and the action i would like you to apply regarding it just something you might want to look at so if your help didnt work i could then push the send button instead of retyping it all again.
