Tags in the forums.

Being able to tag threads and posts would be nice. I've used tags on other sites and it helps a lot with searching. Implementing tags now while the forum database is small will make it a lot easier to manage and cut down on redundancy from duplicate posts.

There's nothing stopping people from tagging threads right now, but few people bother. Heck, not everyone even uses decent subject: lines.

For valuable posts that I worry about getting lost in the archives I'll go in as admin and add tags.

I believe the next version of vbulletin will have a separate slot for tags, presumably as an effort to remind people to do it.
