I think it would be nice if phpBB 2.0 could be included in cPanel in addition to the newer 3.0, but then again, I'm not sure if WHB has any control over that.

fantastico should be avoided if possible. just do the manual install so that you'll have the most up to date version.

Yeah, Fantastico chooses what software goes in, not us unfortunately...

phpBB2 is pretty easy to setup manually however.
