Could WHB create an e-mail address for support questions, when it is not convenient to access the Support/Helpdesk website? e.g. support@webhostingbuzz.com
Even better, could such an address be integrated with the Helpdesk? At a former host, we used to be able to open new support tickets and update our open support tickets by replying to the automated messages sent by the support system.
Having a support e-mail address was very useful in certain situations, such as when I was travelling and did not have constant web access to be able to login to the support desk. Sending an e-mail was much more convenient.
