Sometimes, whb have to ban some accounts for cpu resources consumption.

This is a critical point of every hosting bussines: If you ban,you have an unsatisfied client,and he can give a bad image of the company to others.

So....why not creating the : DESTROYERS SERVER?

If whb,instead of baning an account,moves it to another server with all the "banned accounts for cpu consumption" it will have a better image.

of course,the server will became the slowet server in whb,but its better this,that nothing.

Yep the policy is to simply move the heavy accounts over to HR (High Resource) servers instead of forcing clients to upgrade instantly however if the site is too powerful for HR boxes then its a must that client upgrades for the better of both parties.
