Performance Suggestion

I would strongly suggest that you would at least be able provide reasonable performance with your "Budget" hosting accounts. I understand that it is cheap, but is it necessary to provide so much "Value Added" stuff if you can't provide a consistent level of connectivity. I have no issues with the availability of the HTTPD services, but it seems that you max-out the accounts and 30 to 40 percent of the time FTP, MySQL or CONTROL PANEL connectivity will be unavailable or time-out. When services are available, MUCH time is wasted just waiting for a HAND SHAKE and response. 15 to 20 seconds over and over and over again is just insane. I'm willing to pay a little more for less "Goodies" with reliable basic administrative services.

Could you let me know your domain name or which server you are on?

Sorry Matt... I would have included the server name in the previous post but I was'nt 100% sure and Control Panel was not responding. The domain in question is marcsdesigns.com and the server is zeus. Everything happens to be working now, and the response seems that of post reboot/refresh/recycle. But I know that in a fairly short time frame, it's all going to happen again. It's not really an occasional problem, this has been an issue since I've been a client. and I was originally on a different server and was moved because of these same issues. This is why I am in the Suggestions thread and not helpdesk.

Zeus is one of our older servers and has had the odd hiccup. Feel free to put in a transfer request to a newer server.
