Any chance of getting subversion installed? It would make things a lot easier.

    Thanks

So do I. I really would like to have subversion and trac. Please please... I basically have all my stuff hosted by WHB... the only thing I had to put somewhere else is my svn/trac...

    Thumbs up yes yes yes

I too would really like subversion, or at least the client part so I don't have to do export and copy by ftp the entire website when I do a small update on some files.

subversion would really cut down on bandwidth usage, server load and user time.

    we would really appreciate it.

    Hi,

I would really stress you to add subversion support. I've been a long term client of webhostingbuzz but my recent work orientation makes it necessary for me to have an SVN repository available. I'ld like to stick with you guys

I'll chime in for subversion support as well. I've been with WHB for over a year and the only thing I've had to have hosted elsewhere is my subversion repository and viewvc scripts to interface it.

So, unlike some others, I would need subversion server support, but only to the extent that it responds to svn/DAV requests (no need for svnserve, at least not for me). I just need a read-only reference copy of my subversion repository stored on the server with the viewvc frontend; everything would be synced via rsync/ssh to maintain a read-only copy (which is exactly what I had on my other server since I don't need others with the ability to read/write and if I do, they can be granted in other ways to my primary repository located on my home network).

    Define "better"

SVN is open source and runs on Windows, Linux and Mac. Team Foundation Server (Source Safe is an old product) only runs on Windows.
