Latest News section in Support Center is unused

Upon login to the Support Center, one sees a "Latest News" section on the left. Unfortunately it is far from latest: the most recent entry is March 26.

This could be a useful feature, to display announcements about known problems on which Support is working. If I logged in to report a problem on my server, if I saw an announcement that WHB were aware of and working on the issue, then I wouldn't need to open a new ticket.

Suggestion - either:
get rid of that outdated news feature, if you don't intend to keep it updated. or,
update it with annoucements of known issues, just as you do in the forums.

We do not use this feature. I believe a better option would be to get rid of it. Need to ask someone to do this...
