Upon login to the Support Center, one sees a "Latest News" section on the left. Unfortunately it is far from latest: the most recent entry is March 26.
This could be a useful feature, to display announcements about known problems on which Support is working. If I logged in to report a problem on my server, if I saw an announcement that WHB were aware of and working on the issue, then I wouldn't need to open a new ticket.
Suggestion - either:
get rid of that outdated news feature, if you don't intend to keep it updated. or,
update it with annoucements of known issues, just as you do in the forums.
