Suggestion or Gomplaint
Get real support dont just make a fake post that us always on the top of your support forum I a real customer added my complaint about live support there and you removed it. Dont cancel my ticket because I dont respond when I was never notified about the answer.
I have been assured all email issues have been resolved but now No one can send mail and the pop is failing and ftp access isnt possible whats the deal ???
All my tickets were canceled as i hadnt responded but I was never notified and no i didnt receive all missing mail and still am not receiving mail from certain legitimate addresses. Now we can't send and the only place any one answers my questions are in a post on a forum????
I am very tired of the problems on RS9 and there seems no point to call any of the numbers you have as no one ever answers my tickets arent answered live support doesnt help so now what do I tell my angry customers "all is fine now all was fixed" then three days latter it breaks again!!!!
