    Default php, help in general

    Hi,
I would like to see more extensive help for newbies like me. I'm very used to having personal webpages. But now I'm trying to run a business, and I spend more time trying to figure out how to do something than I do on getting the business up and running.
I know that learning is sometimes a long, drawn out process. I love to learn new things, but when I need help and can't find what I need, or at least to the extent to what I need, it's very frustrating.
    Thanks,
    ravnone1

cPanel is a very common hosting system, so many resources already exist. When you want to learn about some feature, try Google. It's amazing how much is out there.

Ah, I just noticed your thread title. PHP is well covered by resources, tutorials, samples, etc. on the web. It would be pointless for a web host to try to cover this, as it's a vast area and because it's already well covered by existing resources.

If you tell us what you're trying to do, someone may be able to direct you to an appropriate site. Here's one to begin: PHP 101: PHP For the Absolute Beginner

    Hi Alan,
I'll check it out. As to what I'm trying to do, I also posted in a different forum about that. I'm trying to install/setup an ebook store that uses php, and I'd kinda like to make the switch to a php site. Good to be learning something new, it keeps the mind fresh and young.
    Thanks again.
