    Default Just a few Thoughts

    1. Unify a login so that you can login at the forum, website, cPanel with the same information, and have it all update in one place.

    2. Get WHBDomains.com and offer "free" hosting with some very very low spec: 20 MB, one database, one eMail, one FTP. More of a publicity stunt, but it will help draw some people, I bet.

    3. Be able to sell domains. I know, I know, you can work with people, but it would be so nice to just have a button to click, and just like that get it set up as an addon domain; no support tickets, no third party, just WHB.

    Just some ideas.

P.S. As was mentioned on a thread below; redirect to a friendly "we'll be back" page would indeed be a great idea as proposed by uhbuser.

Yes, it would draw the wrong kind of people. They don't need more clients looking for cheapest hosting.

Please don't take offense, but I believe it is up to WHB to decide what "kind of people" they will accept as customers. This is a community of many types of people, don't think you're so much better just because you don't look for "cheapest hosting" and rather quality for price hosting, which, I believe, WHB is.

It also draws a lot of students who are just learning about creating websites and gives them a place to play, and hopefully an idea of a good company with whom they can sign up with for real hosting.

Please don't take offense, but this is a discussion forum. You posted your opinion that free hosting would be a good idea, and I posted my opinion that it would not.

None taken! I would hardly expect everyone to agree with me!

I think I'd vote against completely free hosting too. But low-end hosting is getting pretty phat these days. HG has just completely eliminated bandwidth and disk quotas on shared accounts.

    Default Login please

How about a basic login place on the main website so i dont have to ask live support for the url every time i want to pay.

A better payment window with clear information about billing

a support site that doesnt keep going offline

notification via email when servers will go down offline or under repairs so i dont have to login to a forum and find the information and i can then warn my customers instead of recieving pissed off phone call all the time.

cheaper hosting well then why dont one of you guys do it and place a banner on the cpanel under a resseller account

i want better customer support better uptime and things that will make the job of existing customers easier not for your company to keep getting new people and forget about those of us who have already been here for a year or more how about loyalty support that will get you more good customers and even those willing to pay better for more premium service i am sick of cheap shit and am about to leave this company for a hoprfully better on however everything is about cheap how about real up time and customized services for real businesses ????/

Our domain partner, www.namecheap.com, has an API and a market place you can link into to sell domains.

I have just seen this thread about web hosting and found it a great source of information over Web Hosting domain. Frankly speaking webhostingbuzz is doing a great job by creating awareness in people about how to chose a web hosting service provider to get maximum efficiency.
