How my impression on WHB Service

It's unclear to me what you are requesting. From some of your posts, it sounds as though you want permission to un-terminate the abusive account, that you want to again host it on a WHB server.

I think that WHB does not want your abusive account, unless you choose to put it on a VPS. Your abusive account was the reason you were suspended, and WHB does not want such an account on shared servers where it can affect other clients.

Well, forget about the resource abusive account,I just curious about what WHB has mention earlier.

I definately understand that so call "abusive account" will bring harm to the server(low end server), this is the reason I transfer to other reseller account. and so far no complain or feedback from another reseller.

We are not going to migrate your account back to a regular server until we are 100% comfortable that resource abuse won't become an issue again.

how long it require to take? 1 month? 3 month? 1 year? or forever? Or your end want to see my payment 1st, well, I will paid the renew fees right now.

i feel that is really unfair to a reseller to hosted at a low end server without full function for the reseller need.
