    Default Ticket auto-closing

I like the idea of a warning, but I found this kind of funny that someone set it to only 1 hour.
Please note that the ticket will automatically be closed within 1 hours if no response is received from you. The Ticket will not be closed in case new relevant information will be supplied by you.

On our HelpDesk ticket status automatically changes from 'Awaiting Client Response' to 'Resolved Closed' when there's no reply within 72 hours.
But the 1-hour idea is not so bad. Perhaps
