And considering that there's a LOT of people who use webmail services, included in this list is many people who were Bellsouth / ATT customers that now find their business email being routed through yahoo, it would be nice to have the alleged spam be redirected to a specific email account if such an account exists for the domain.

I trust my own spam filters over any subscription list, mine might only be 95% effective, but then they filter based on score that I can see over a simple yes/no indication you get from a blocklist subscription.

Have you tried some of the new features in SpamAssassin (including the spam box, for probable spam email)?
