    Default I'm a little skeptical...

I'm interested in your webhosting, but feel a bit skeptical about a 99.5% Guarantee, I prefer you guys have something like 99.0% seeing that's what you average. Than I see the test file at 1MB in size. Being that you guys are experts in computers, don't you think that 1MB test file is useless if the person has high speed internet like DSL? Of course it will show great speed when having to download just a 1MB file on a DSL. I would prefer you guys have a 15-20MB file size. It makes it look like you guys are trying to hide your actual server speeds.

I suggest increasing your test file size to 15-20MB.

The uptime figure isn't a guarantee, it's an indication of what you expect. We post uptime figures on our blog at http://www.webhostingbuzz.com/web-hosting-blog/

The site is undergoing a revamp, we're changing packages and introducing some new ones, so we'll address the test file then as well.

    Thanks for the suggestions.

    Wink...

Yes, I noticed the upgrades... Down-time increased, but my server is now back-up to 99.5% uptime. (Not sure who you had to kill to make that happen.)
