Default I really don't understand why no one addressed this before:

Then again, maybe I am special . . . I have contacted support about this several times.

When I renew every year, at the same dollar level, why do I get LESS for my money than Joe Blow who may not be back next year?

Wouldn't it make sense to upgrade faithful customers to the current level of service offered to new subscribers at their level?

For instance: At the time I signed up, I think it was 3 gigs of space for $36/year. When the space got bumped up to 5 gigs, I had to request the expansion in space. This year the space got bumped up quite a bit . . . and the free domain names were nice.

I requested to have the same package as the new signups at that rate. The first time I wrote, it was denied and I decided later to try again . . . They bumped me up to 30 GB of space and no domain names.

Don't understand . . . doesn't make sense to me. I know I'm small and only have 1 site now, has been as many as three . . . but I would have assumed that at renewal time, it would just be easier to move an existing customer up to the current offering in his hosting level.

Anyone else see things this way?

When you renew, you are eligible for the new package, period. What is the ticket ID when you were denied?

When all customers renew their annual payment, they are automatically upgraded to the current level of package.

The last time I asked it was assigned to Ticket ID #UMB-293078.

I wish I hadn't deleted the response to my first request. The ticket number was different, but it was a flat denial of any changes in the account.

these guys are great, YEAHHHH!.. even if this thread is old, i'd like to comment on this.

I didnt know that they even have this feature, now that I've read about it, this is really great! I'm more satisfied and greateful that I chose WHB

Oh yeah, just a question, can we also have other cheerful features remain the same? Like for example at your old package you got 'Unlimited cpanel accounts' but your new package has only '10 (or so) cpanel accounts', can I maintain the 'Unlimited cpanel account'?
