Hi Janet,

If it's VPS, I would recommend getting Ubuntu or some other Linux running, and installing VLC. It can stream anything it can play, so I'd just stream an flash video feed into something like flowplayer on your website. Simple, easy, open source, and anyone with a basic flash enabled web browser (approx. 96% Internet users) can see it.
