chmod issue from FTP

hello
how can i change the default permissions to 644 for files and 755 for folders
whn uplaing files from any FTP client is gives chmod 600 for files and 700 for folders

If you have a dedicated server with us, please submit a support ticket on our HelpDesk and the technicians will check the global server settings.

A couple of months ago some Linux kernel vulnerabilities were discovered. The default permissions were temporarily changed on most of our shared servers and some dedicated ones.
