    Default vzquota bug in Debian

    Hi

    I have a new VPS server with Debian and hit this bug in the vzquota script (/etc/init.d/vzquota) that blocked the configuration of services like apache.
    My fix was to modifiy the script adding the LSB tags as in the fix referenced above.

    Just thought of writing this here in case anyone else hits this bug.
