As we have found out, the server became unreachable due to a kernel bug. We have already updated the kernel on it and currently all VPSs are being booted up one-by-one.

We haven't detected any issues during carrier monitoring. The server with all its services is up and running in a stable mode, therefore we are closing this thread now.
