    Default CodeGuard: waht does it backup?

    The WHB newsletter says:
    "CodeGuard's free backup tool, offering a range of backup options at a website level."

    What does "website level" mean? Does that mean that it backs up only the contents of public_html, and not an entire cPanel account? Does it not include mail accounts, etc?

    Where do the backups reside? On the same server, or elsewhere?
