    Default Error accessing Moodle

I tried to access my Moodle site to work on it, and I got this error:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_PAAMAYIM_NEKUDOTAYIM in ...etc.

After some research, I found that it is a double colon issue--a "::" in the code. However, I have not edited the code. Why would there be the problem if I have not edited any code?

Last time it did this was right after I upgraded Moodle versions. Then I discovered that I had to update the code in the .htacces file to get it to use the correct php version. After doing that I was in business.

But now I can't even get to the admin section.

I am also experiencing similar error messages after updating my Moodle versions. I was using the basic software, and last month I did upgrade the software. After the up gradation, it started showing issues. Is there any known bug with the upgraded software?

    Thanks

Similarly as with any site, you might experience difficulty with your moodle site diverting to the url that you require. With moodle, you may likewise be accepting a blunder message when you write in www/non-www before your url. This guide will help you to expel that blunder message and make a clear divert. This error may also occur due the hosting issues as well. You must look for best web hosting services around you.
In the event that you write the url of your moodle site with www or without (whichever isn't set up as default), it might show this blunder message before diverting:
Off base get to identified, this server might be gotten to just through "your web address", too bad. If you don't mind inform server director. Then again off base get to distinguished this server might be gotten to just through http/localhost address too bad. If it's not too much trouble inform server head.
