    Default Since My Problem Is Not Resolved, I Have The Right To Shout

    Sorry, I have no other alternative to get your attention, I DO need to resolve this now:

    THE PROBLEM IS NOT RESOLVED YET!!

    Why the helpdesk is very sluggish?

    21 Aug 2007 - 8:57 pm :: Ticket posted by user (me) Ticket is LVJ-681736
    22 Aug 2007 - 1:56 am :: Staff response claiming the problem was fixed (5 hour later)
    22 Aug 2007 - 2:29 pm :: I noticed another problem (SMTP connection rejected)
    23 Aug 2007 - 9:57 am :: STAFF RESPONSE (20 HOURS LATER) asking for the SMTP parameters
    22 Aug 2007 - 2:20 pm :: I posted a response
    22 Aug 2007 - 4:57 pm :: I said "hello" because nobody's there!

    Just a little reminder:

    "We care about our customers. Your success is our success and we do the utmost to help you succeed with our website. We always go the extra mile to satisfy your requirements and it is because of this that our reputation is so good."

    and

    "Our services are ultra-reliable. Inevitably, technology can go wrong but to mitigate this we use only the best hardware, software and infrastructure components. Resultingly, 100% uptime is the norm and you can see our server uptime figures posted every month on our blog."

    I hope to not to be offensive to you, but almost 72 without a functioning email system is almost an ofense to our clients. Tell me, what more I can do for being one of your happy customers again?

    Hi Milton,

    We're sorry for a delay with replies. We're getting a tons of tickets regarding new mailfoundry appliance and can't cope with all of 'em in time.

    Ticket regarding your e-mail issue has been updated. Could you plz take a look and get back to us there. I'll pay personal attention to it.

    No problem, I resolved the problem by myself, I contacted another company for email and webhosting. Sorry we couldn't work together anymore. No hard feelings!
    Farewell.-
