I notice less replies from helpers on here as well!

    Default "stuck" ticket ?

WHB may want to look at this, but I had submitted a ticket and was not in a rush so didn't pay much attention. Then I submitted another ticket for a completely unrelated issue and both tickets were resolved immediately (by different depts/staff) with a comment from the resolver of the first ticket which ws along the lines of....."not sure why this just showed up now...but ticket is completed" (paraphrasing). Just a thought...but could the first ticket have been "stuck" ? and pushed through after the next ticket was submitted ?

While still a newbie, have to say, all and all quite happy with WHB thus far.

Our domain registrations are handled by our billing team. Any escalations or complaints should be sent to fahad@webhostingbuzz.com who is the billing team manager.
