    Default Fast Support?

I have been WebHosingBuzz for a while and I have 4 different accounts for the various things that I do. I just recommended WebHostingBuzz to one of the organizations that I am active in because the hosting that they had was cheap but limited (mainly it did not have any mailing lists). I said to them that they are reliable, cheap, and tech support is fast. So they bought a shared plan and have transfered all of the stuff over.
I was talking with the webmaster today and he forwarded an email to me of a support ticket because there was problems with the mailing list sending out to everyone on the list that was submitted on September 23, 2007 @ 11:23 PM. Today (October 8, 2007 @ 3:02 AM) was when he got a reply from that ticket. The reply was we changed the IP because it was blacklisted because of spammers. It also said that if we still have the mailing problem let us know.
This insults me because I said to them that they have fast support and I do not consider 16 days to change an IP address (with the possibility that it is not fixed) fast support.
I would like to know what happened and why this took so long to fix.

    Thank you,
    Mouse

I am investigating this. 16 days is most definitely not acceptable, nor is it the norm.

Slipped through the net is all I have. It isn't acceptable though, steps have been taken to prevent re-occurence.
