FTP Download Limit?!?

Seems to be a limit, is it true ?

I received a confirmation email from the support team today that there is a 64 kbps upload and download cap in place for our ftp site. Yes, this is twice the speed of a 33.6 dialup modem, or half a full channel ISDN.

Last year this cap was not in place. I can understand putting some reasonable limits on, but this isn't reasonable. I'm willing to pay more for better service, and I will. I have a 3 meg upstream and 15 meg downstream. This is 2008, not 1998.

64k?!?!?!?!? That is extremely unreasonable! I pay extra to my ISP so I can have higher up/down bandwith for all the website work I do. 1M up, 15M down. Why would WHB put such a ridiculous cap speed on our bandwidth? wow.
