Your site comes up just fine for me, perhaps the IP of your proxy is blocked. Please go to http://ip.webhostingbuzz.com and either paste the results into this thread, or a PM if you're not comfortable making that info public, and we can check the firewall.

Sorry me, please. I did not know that the server will not be available in that time (2007-11-15 12:43PM).

We can't help you if your users can't access your site, yet you don't provide any information whatsoever about what server you're on, or anything else to help us troubleshoot this issue. Why not provide some info about the issue, or better yet, open a ticket?

We haven't had any issues with shared9 in over a week. Unless those users are keeping multiple connections open and not closing them, there's nothing on the server that would block them. I can't say whether or not you have any custom scripts doing additional checks for your forum, but if you're concerned about this just let us know and we'll check for you.

If you would like to know if there are any system-wide issues on shared9, you can check here.
