    We need backups, we have a lots of information there... and lots of works, like a said above THERE ARE MANY STUDENTS THERE AND THEY HAVE A LOTS OF WORKS...
    Contact the owner of WEBTUGA.

    WHB does not own WEBTUGA, and can not handle issues with the clients of a service that it does not provide. WHB is not the person you need to be contacting.

    Also just incase we have created the back up of your account and link to it is mentioned in the ticket ID NNQ-250100. You might want to login into the help desk and download it.

    Again best of luck for the future. I am afraid we cannot host your accounts on our server because of obvious reasons mentioned.
