FREE domain NOT active

hey, i just bought my silver hosting plan 2 days ago, and i signed up for the free domain too. but still my free domain is inactive and not working. why is that?? how long would it take to be processed?? (please reply)

thanx, ill be mailing u my details, and another problem occurred! i forgot my cpanel password and i sent a ticket asking to reset the password. they said they have forwarded the matter to billing department. and still no reply has come! , but it had been hours now.. how long would it take???? i need the password as soon as possible!!
