Default I made a mess, can a simple ticket resolve this?

Let me preface this by saying: I made this mess myself, it's my own fault. I am aware of that, so please don't just reply "wow, what a dunce" =)

I have a reseller-D account here at WHB under the old pricing model. We'll call it Domain1. I have another reseller account with another company also for Domain1. I have NS1 and NS2 for Domain1 at that other company, and NS3 and NS4 here at WHB.

I started having problems with the other company last week (go figure, right?) and I wanted to switch the sites I have hosted there to WHB. At the same time, my business focus changed and I realized that instead of using Domain1, I needed to switch to Domain2.

Here's where my stupidity comes into play =/

Since I wanted to change my brand and get new private nameservers etc I came over to WHB and signed up for a new account with the new domain name and got the new name servers. I got the new pricing structure, so that new account has less space and bandwidth for more money. Doh!!!

My first account at WHB is still active, and I'm wondering if it's possible to move the new domain and private nameservers (and the sites I created!) from the new account I stupidly created to the old account which I love dearly. And if so, what are the odds that I can explain this clearly in a support ticket?

I am in no position to say if it'll work... heck, this is "Client Support" and I'm also a client of WHB... but I think if you include all your details of your previous accounts (Domain 1) and state the process that you've gone though and the mix up that you've made; I'm sure someone will look at it.

All the best! and don't worry... everybody make mistakes sometimes

We can do that for you, but there is a $10 charge for domain name changes. What we can do, if your second account is less than 30 days old, is cancel that and apply what you paid for that account to your first account, if you like. Just open a billing ticket, and we'll take it from there.
