Putty Connection Refused?

Howdy!

I'm new to WHB and am having some trouble connection via SSH using PuTTy... I get a 'connection refused' error... any ideas? I searched the forum before posting but couldn't find a post related to this...

Hi,

Have you requested for SSH access prior to this? Also, the SSH port is 65321 on WHB servers and not the standard 22.

Thanks for the info, I didn't realize I needed to request shell access... will do.
