    Dear Customer,

We have disabled sending any emails with the field FROM containing none existing email account name on the server. We have taken these measures due to mass SPAM sending through forums, guestbooks, contact forms scripts on our servers.

Please make sure that FROM field in your outgoing emails contains proper value.
    thanks
    but you must inform before
now i will try to find the proper name

    Dear Customer,

We have disabled sending any emails with the field FROM containing none existing email account name on the server.
Can the FROM value contain an e-mail alias (cPanel forwarder) that exists on the server? According to what is written above, sending using an alias/forwarder address is disabled, but perhaps the support person just forgot about aliases.

I can understand disabling FROM values that are not either mail account name or mail alias/forwarder addresses, but it would not be reasonable to disable using alias/forwarder addresses.

    Dear Customer,

You should use as email address in the FROM field only email accounts that exist on our server. You don't host domain yahoo.es on our server, our server don't manage the domain yahoo.es, so you couldn't sent emails with FROM field contains domain yahoo.es.
You should create the email account through your cPanel that you want to use in your FROM fields.
Hope this information will be useful for you.
    this is a rubbish....

Default Notification of service interruption to sendmail?

I just found out about this change to the email sendmail from web forms, forums, etc. which disables sending internal mail FROM email addresses which are not active accounts. To my knowledge, I have not received notification of this change in service, which took place approx. 2 weeks ago. Unfortunately, this has affected about a dozen of my clients (who had online forms configured to send FROM the user's email address) - all resulting in 2 weeks of lost lead generation emails. In addition, I've lost several hours backfilling hotfix configurations on all these accounts to fix the broken forms. Was it just me, or did anyone else miss out on what would have been a very helpful advance warning?!
