Reseller9 - 209.51.*.100 - [Atlanta NAP] does not work
Hi, is this possible to someone selectively announce posts on this forum about server down or server inaccessible?!
I've receive letter from ticket support for that server to be inaccessible from 4 to 24 hours. Right now is past more then 24 hours and I still can't to ping server. Try it if you don't believe to me: 209.51.154.100
But first question is WHY someone not announce this on this forum yet? As I saw all announce about server restart is no longer then 10 words. Is this hard to write or someone hide that kind of information from clients, assurance they is everything work normal even if we know different.
When I was want to buy reseller account on this server, first I was check announce about problems on this server, then I was buy it. If someone else want to buy reseller account from WHB and thinking as I thinking, they did not see whole history of that server because WHB does not announce all problems with server on this forum. Even that, you can not see any problem on reseller forum which is not resolved in one hour, maybe two. I only speak for R9 server because my account is on that server.

With the exception of some slowness, I have had no problems with reseller9 in the last 7 days. I have no idea what downtime you are referring to, as it is up now I as type this.

I was write something what I was receive from WHB (4-24 hours). This is they announcement, not my. From me I still can not see server, until you reply and I try to connect trough some proxies. Now I see that server is work with some proxies, but still not directly from me. They was work directly until 2 days ago.
About that problem I'll speak with they - directly, not trough proxy. 
Thank to 'open my eyes' on this problem.

Server is working fine from my end.
weird... I did not receive any message about this downtime you are talking about.

What i believe hes trying to say is he cannot access anything on RS9.
Get WHB to check your IP against there firewall rules, maybe you are getting blocked. Put a ticket into WHB and tell them your IP Address so they can check it.
