Reseller 4 is DOWN?

Is reseller 4 down? Any clients of reseller 4 here?

Although not a client of Reseller 4, it would seem a lot of WHB servers are having extended issues.

I hope we get back online for good here shortly. I know I'm still awaiting response from my support ticket, along with a few other posters here.

Well, there is a hardware upgrade on server 5 see this thread:

It says that the downtime should be in about 30-40 minutes. Now it have take more than 5 hours and the server is still down. What's going on?? I really can't understand why they can't answer any tickets. I really think about moving to another hosting co cause WHB is really not a support friendly co.
