    Default Dissapointed from the service!

Well i did give your service a try and i must say that im really unsatisfied!
First of all i never had one month with even 95% downtime and my Account got suspended, the first time it did take over 3-4 weeks to get it back!
I paid for this month and i did loose my google ranking (on the 2nd place before, after on the 4th site on google...) and visitors.

Now i made everything fit your needs, for some months i havenīt changed anything and i must see that you just suspended my site again... WTF???

This is too much guys! If this takes again weeks or even days i will not longer be your customer! You canīt just suspend my website without sending me an email or at least informing me that it got suspended.

These are not all things, your support couldnīt even explain me how to make custom error pages... I found out on my own since you couldnīt help me. That is not a customer service i customer whould wish to have!

    My URL is: http://reverse-connection.com

Please check the reasons why it got suspended and letīs solve this, this canīt go on!

    Regards,

    Thorsten

Edit: I got the following message from the support:
Unfortunately we had to suspend your account 'reversec' on fox for server resource abuse, please see related details below.

Unfortunately your account appears to be resource-intensive by its nature, so according to our current policy we have to move it to
    special high-resource server.

The account will be unsuspended immediately after the move....

Letīs see how long this will take. Again iīm wondering what could use this resources since i use no mod_ anything or complicated scripts on the server, lets see...

The HR servers are the exact same configuration as our shared servers, you shouldn't have to do anything to make this work on the new server.

Moving accounts to these servers allows us to keep your site running, and not affect other accounts on your server. The move really depends on the amount of space your account uses, but it can vary from a few minutes to a few hours. The server your site resides on, and the server we're moving to are in the same data center, so the time to transfer should be minimal.

Thank you for the fast reply, till now unfortunately the account is still suspended, letīs hope that it will be moved fast and it is still the same, the support told me that there are different restrictions on that server since it is a free-bsd and no linux server anymore.

If really everything works fine with no problems and itīs done in some hours i will apologize here and make things right, but if it takes days/weeks again i will tell it here too.

The support reffered me to a ticket that i never recieved, i whould just like to be informed before such things are done so i have the chance to make a redirection or move the site temporary, i think thatīs not too much to await from the customer support.

All new shared servers are FreeBSD - this is just because FreeBSD is stable/faster that Linux. It shouldn't affect your website in anyway.
