Suspended account without notice

Hi there!

I have a shared plan (budget) on whb.

I have 4 or 5 domains pointed here, but alltogether only consums like 60Gb oif transfer on the entire month. I dont know what I did worng, Now all my domains are blocked and I dont know what to do.

Im waiting for an answer from whbsupport.

I've heard they did this to lot of spanish users, please dont do this to me Im from Bolivia and pay the host was very expensive for our life style.

Dear Customer,

Your site was suspended due to resourse abuse.

Your account can be unsuspended if you agree to take load reduction measures.

I would like to clarify that there are 2 major reasons of suspension:
1. The resourse abuse
2. The billing issue( non payment).

Yeah, right. I'm sure they are biased against Spanish speakers. Not!

If youre accounts abuse resources or cause server instability, they will be suspended. That is normal.

Unfortunately we had to suspend your account 'chaters' on manatee.ultrawhb.com for continuous excessive server resource usage, please see related details below. As your account appears to be resource-intensive by its nature, you have 2 possible options at this point. You can upgrade your hosting plan to one of "Business" group plans (this will mean account transfer to high-end server with strictly limited account number on it). As an alternative variant we can transfer your account to special "high resource" server, your hosting plan and pricing will remain unchanged (note - this is not a high-end server, it's specially intended for customers with resource-intensive accounts who can not afford hosting plan upgrade, so smooth site operation isn't guaranteed). However in this case we'll need to know answers for 2 questions:

1. Do you have any custom PHP settings? High-resource servers are
running PHP in mod_php mode, so local php.ini files won't work. All
customizations must be done in .htaccess files instead. We can help you
with this, but we'll need some guidance.
2. Do you use any custom Linux-specific applications? High-resource
servers are FreeBSD-based, and native Linux applications may become
unfunctional.
