Not found SSH service

Hello, my problem is as follows, when my hosting recruits on the features say Shell Access (SSH) and now in cPanel not let me connect to port 22, the port is actually closed.



Someone might say that this happens.

If I am not mistaken, you must send in a scan of your photo ID to administration before they will enable SSH for your account.

I believe that SSH is enabled on all servers.Connect to port 65321.

SSH is enabled, and running on port 65321. But you will need to submit a ticket with tech support to get your shell enabled. We require photo ID for this, you can fax it or scan it and attach it to your ticket.
