When will View CPanel become available?

I initially registered my domain with another host; however the free unlimited email addresses enticed me to host my website through WHB, due to the needs of my company. When will the CPanel be available? The only time I have to work on this website is after work M-F and on the weekends, due to my full time job. If Support is not going to be available when I need it, I'm thinking I may be better off with the old host, which would cost me $30 more per year, but at least it would be reliable, as I'd never had any type of downtime issue.
