    Default ssh access for bugzilla

I'm looking to get SSH access to one of my accounts so that I can set up Bugzilla. How do I go about doing that?

    According to WHB:
You will need to submit a ticket with tech support to get your shell enabled. We require photo ID for this, you can fax it or scan it and attach it to your ticket.

FYI They haven't asked for the photo ID in a long time. I think it's probably more important that they just believe you're a real person.

I mean, photo IDs are easy to fake, but not so your working credit card.

It's useful to check the facts before giving instructions to users here or negating someone else's instructions. WHB Support person Jef S. said that photo ID is required, in a post he made just six days ago.

You'll have lots of fun trying to connect to mysql from the command line. And, by default, bugzilla uses innodb which has now been disabled. I had to go through torture to get it to work, and when they moved my account to the hr1 server, it messed up each and every one of my sites in some way.

You'll need to install bugzilla locally on your machine first, change the database to myisam instead of innodb, comment out the database creation steps in the bugzilla setup script, comment out/edit the install script for bugzilla so that it doesn't ask questions, and access the install script from the web so that it can see the mysql databases.

    Easy enough, eh?
Now to figure out what else they botched on my server move. Next up: bugs.myecubby.com.
