WHM Edit Package

I'm a reseller with access to WHM.

For whatever reason, I'm just not seeing how to accomplish this. I want to edit a package, change the number of subdomains allowed for a package and change the theme for a number of packages to use one of the colorful RV themes.

I under Package in the left-hand menu list, all I see is Add Package, Delete Package, and Feature List. I tried Adding a package using the same name as the existing package. WHM responded that a package with that name already exists and that I'd change the name or edit the package.

How do I edit a package?

I did a google search on WHM Edit Package and found a video tutorial here.

It shows the WHM screen. Under Packages, there's a link "Edit Package." I don't have that link on my WHM screen.

I'm going to open a support ticket. If someone has any helpful information, post it here. I'll check back later.

Is this a package that you created? Sometimes WHM shows packages created by other resellers. You should be able to edit a package that you created. If not, maybe some config got messed up, so perhaps try deleting the package and then creating it fresh with your preferred defaults.
