Default Thunderbird IMAP Cached Connections Error

I have about 4 IMAP accounts setup in Thunderbird to check different email accounts on my reseller package.

Since moving to WHB a few months back I regularly get messages informing me that Thunderbird was:

Unable to connect to your IMAP server. You may hav exceeded the maximum number of connections to this server. If so, use the Advanced IMAP Server Settings dialogue to reduce the number of cached connections.
I have already reduced the number of connections on each account from 5 to 3, but still get the message. It happened today after I checked 2 of the accounts and then sent an email from one of them. The error occurred trying to copy the message to the sent folder.

Is there any way to get round this or do I just reduce the number of connections per account to 1 instead?

    Hello,

If you would like to reduce the number of connections, you should do it in your mail client.

If the error still occurs, I recommend you to submit a ticket to our technical dpt for investigation.

    Best regards,

    Olga T

Thanks, I've cut it down to 1 and it seems to have cleared it up... I think.
