Moving from another server to you

Hi guys,

I recently joined you with a Startup A plan. Now I need to move my sites from the old server.

I created packages in the new account and backed up sites from the old one. Now I need to upload all the sites, including stats, guestooks, databases, etc into the new account. I there a tutorial or step by step instruction I can follow do to so?

Hi Gianni,

You can upload them by FTP in your cPanel (you can find manuals on uploading data to your account on our site in Support section).
After you upload these files, you have to create a ticket to our Tech department and they will restore your data from backup.
