Someone from WHB may pick this up tomorrow, but this forum is really just for client to client support. You should open a help ticket.

Please let us know, whether the issue still persists.

If it does, would you please submit a ticket to our technical support,
providing them with the result of trace route command?

According to its result we`ll be able to trace, whether the problem is on our end, or on yours, because sometimes it`s not our FireWall which blocks the IP.

In order to run trace route command, please perform the following actions:

Click 'Start'>'Run' type 'cmd'. There should a black window appear - a command line.
    Now type 'tracert yourdomainname.xxx'

Please copy/paste the results right into the chat window as soon as the tracert is complete.'

To copy/paste the results, please click a right mouse button on the command line window and choose 'mark', mark the results, press 'enter' button.

We look forward into receiving a ticket from you.

It also may be the Internet in the country. A quick google search shows that Qatar seems to have a bit of a history of cable issues:

    Hi,

Are those traces made from "problem" PC? Also it is higly possible that ISP blocks some servers in internet.
