What is wrong with my domain?
Hi,
Somehow there was a DNS reconfiguration recently and my DNS zones were mistakenly reloaded from RS7 when I am on RS10 now. Suddenly, all my e-mails are no longer flowing. I cannot even send e-mails from my domain anymore. Keeps getting 503 error. Why is this happening? None of my new e-mails are appearing. It takes so long to get support to reply to me, totally different from the last time where the support replied urgently.
Please help to investigate and rectify the issue urgently. My ticket numbers are: MIR-371370, SLA-768937
