Shared 6 down again?

This server seems to slow to a crawl or die a lot! Any one else experiencing issues?

Right now we have

eximstats failed
clamd failed
Server Load 29.39 (2 cpus)

(took 10 min to get c-panel to load enough so i could see this)

That load is definitely abnormally high. It's best to put in a ticket about stuff like this.

I did and then it got closed because i didn't respond. I didn't respond because as far as i know the ticket was never responded to in the first place.

Regardless, it seems to he happening again

We have double checked and the server was up for more than 20 days:

root@shared6 [~]# uptime
19:41:28 up 21 days, 13:16, 2 users, load average: 0.90, 1.23, 1.36

There was high load on the server but not for a long time, that's why it could hardly cause your site being down for so long. Would you please provide us with the details in a ticket, so we will be able to investigate this further? Your assistance will be highly appreciated.
