HELP!!! Email Problem
For about a couple of weeks now my email account has not been recieving any mail. The account is doug@douglaskoski.com. I had the account setup to recieve mail and then wipe the mail off the server as to avoid overflow problems on outlook. I checked my account to see if there might have been any messages hoging up space on the server, there were none. I tried sending myself emails to see if the account still worked, they were rejected. I have now even tried the email support through cpanel twice, and that just gave me errors saying I never entered a recipient (eventhough there is no area to enter that information into). I've also asked a friend to try emailing me, that resulted in rejection as well....
I have been using this email address for over a year as my professional contact address. So the sudden halt of all incoming mail is quite alarming. This could potentially be perminantly damaging any career possibilities I have been persueing.
I really need help on this. I have not had really any problems with service from this company so far, but if this continues I will be forced to consider alternatives and soon!

Open a support ticket. There is a problem with the config of either your account or the shared6 server. Here are the results of a mail test I ran:

I actually received an email today in the account. the body of such was this:
Subject: ZoneEdit Automated SMTP Test (douglaskoski.com)
From: doug@douglaskoski.com
To: doug@douglaskoski.com

If you received this, then the mail server (douglaskoski.com) is probably working.

So as far as I can guess, there must not be a problem with my email address. Maybe it is with the server?

You're welcome.
That message is the result of one of the two mail tests that I ran. The other test, whose details I posted, failed, suggesting a config issue on your server or with your account. I'm sure Support can sort it out if you give them those test results.
