    Default RS10 out of space

    Guys and Girls,

    For those on RS10 which has been hosed all day, it appears to be related to disk space (or lack of it):

    Disk /dev/md2 (/usr) 99 %
    Disk /dev/md3 (/var) 81 %

    I have logged a ticket but all my customer sites are extremely slow to load or failing for the last 10 hours or so. cPanel is almost completely unusable. I have only logged a ticket about 40 minutes ago though after a complaint from one of my customers.

    Anyone else seeing it?

    Great response from helpdesk on my ticket.

    Disk issue for /usr appears to be resolved. Page loads are much faster now. cPanel is still not great, but I can live with that.

    They are SOL for me. (They don't resolve.)
    You can use a tool like alertra.com to check connectivity to your site from several parts of the world.

    Thanks for checking Alan. Where are you using for NS resolve? Interested that they don't resolve.

    Most are delegated to NS on RS10 which could explain.

    Agree with comments on Alertra.com, also mxtoolbox.com is complaining about MX connect time all day today for one of the domains which confirms my issues.

    Unfortunately, need to escalate again.

    These sorts of possible glitches are why I would never rely on just cPanel servers for my important domains. I use my WHB cPanel server for my primary nameserver and primary Mx, but I also use multiple external secondary nameservers and multiple external backup Mx servers.

    Re. not resolving: I meant that the site did not resolve. I didn't do a detailed DNS test to see if the DNS was also not resolving.

    We had problems with one of datacenter upstream providers today, so outbound routes were automatically switched to backup uplinks. All problems are resolved at this moment, but routing information distribution will take some time (exactly as DNS propagation does). RS10 server is still visible through low-band backup uplink from certain locations. The problem will just disappear during next 6-12 hours. We apologize for any inconvenience that might have been caused.

    IMAP has been up and down for the last several days too... i frequently can't access my webmail and my other account that my home computer grabs mail from has always had an error when I get home from the office

    We are in RS10, from yesterday we do not prune to enter to the accounts of the reseller, or they run very slow; the problem arose 24 hours ago and it is not solved. Your can check for example in:

    http://telebyteperu.net

    Other links that AZTECH has placed, it is not possible to enter either, only the first one and very slowly.
    The service in general is good, we have another reseller and it works very well; the problem has arisen with RS10.

    WE trust in the technical team of Webhostingbuzz and expect it is solved soon.
