Where is the helpdesk?

I'm trying to find out where my client's website is being hosted. Who should she contact about it. The site is http://www.adorablepamperedpets.ca/

I found this forum through Google, but don't know whether webhostingbzz is the host, or it's done through a reseller.

The site was set up by someone who has disappeared.

The description for this forum says contact the helpdesk, but how???

Our helpdesk is located on whbsupport.com.

In order to submit the ticket you need to do the following:
1) go to whbsupport.com
2) register there with the valid email address and the password that you can create on your own
3) after the registration you will be able to create the ticket and to check its status
